Asus said the same to me and if it not works send computer back. But this is a new computer I bought 07/08/2015 and already at the installation of Windows8.1 it was the problem with Realtek PCIe GBE card not working. So I had the same problem in Windows8.1. Reset to factory default settings are removed in Windows10. To get my computer exchanged had not helped. So first I tried to update the driver manually (all Intels and Realteks drivers). Since I manually update my computer drivers it have works with no problem.

So I have not send my computer Asus G771JW back (yet).
